We are recruiting experienced Quarry & Road Construction Operatives for permanent positions with a leading client in Northern Ireland.

Key Duties

• Operate safely within quarry and road construction environments.

• Carry out general quarry production and roadworks activities.

• Operate and work around heavy plant and machinery.

• Assist with groundworks, drainage, kerbing, surfacing, and related civil engineering tasks.

• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.

• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production and project deadlines.

• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping duties as required.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in quarrying, road construction, civil engineering, or a similar environment.

• Good understanding of site health and safety practices.

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a physically demanding environment.

Skilled Worker Visa Requirements

Candidates already in the UK

• Must currently hold a UK Skilled Worker visa.

• Must be coming to the end of their current sponsorship/contract.

• Must be willing and eligible to transfer sponsorship to a new employer.

Candidates applying from outside the UK

• Must have, or be willing to obtain before visa application, B2 level English through a UKVI-approved Secure English Language Test (SELT) provider recognised by the UK Home Office.
