We are currently recruiting experienced Roofers to work with our reputable construction clients across the United Kingdom. These are full-time positions offering stable long-term employment on a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial roofing projects.

Role Responsibilities

  • Installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems (tiles, slate, felt, flat roofs, and metal roofing)

  • Working at height in accordance with UK health and safety regulations

  • Interpreting technical drawings and job specifications

  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship and finishing standards

  • Collaborating with site supervisors and construction teams

  • Maintaining safe working practices at all times

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Roofer (minimum 2–3 years preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good understanding of roofing materials and techniques

  • Physically fit and comfortable working at height

  • Commitment to health and safety standards on construction sites

English Language Requirement (Mandatory)

Applicants must have or be willing to achieve:

  • IELTS UKVI Academic or General Training with a minimum score of 5.5 in all four components (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking)

This is a strict requirement due to UK visa and compliance regulations. Candidates who do not currently meet this standard must be willing to complete the test and achieve the required score before placement.
