A leading Mechanical Contractor specialising in Commercial, Hospitality, and Residential projects is seeking a CAD/Revit Coordinator to join their team.

The company has been established for over 15 years and delivers a full range of mechanical installations, including heating, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, and BMS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, coordinate, and maintain accurate 2D and 3D mechanical services drawings using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

• Support project teams in developing coordinated building services layouts in line with project specifications and client requirements.

• Ensure all drawings comply with company CAD, Revit, and BIM standards and workflows.

• Coordinate with internal design teams, site teams, and external consultants to resolve clashes and design coordination issues.

• Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and document control procedures.

• Assist with model and drawing updates throughout the project lifecycle from design through to as-built stage.

• Support implementation and development of company drafting standards and procedures.

Practical Skills & Experience (Essential)

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD, working to latest software releases.

• Experience producing and coordinating building services drawings within a contractor or consultancy environment.

• Strong understanding of mechanical building services including HVAC, plumbing, and ventilation systems.

• Good understanding of construction processes and project delivery stages.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to maintain and comply with company BIM, Revit, and CAD standards.

• Must hold, or be willing to obtain, UKVI IELTS with a minimum score of 5.5 in each section.

Additional Experience (Preferred)

• Experience using Fabrication CAD-MEP and FAB Parts within Revit.

• Exposure to BIM Level 2 workflows and COBie data requirements.

• Experience assisting with clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar software.
