As a sand blaster, you will be responsible for preparing the steel surface for paint, will be required to drive a forklift from time to time.

Qualifications

• Experience with sandblasting equipment preferred
• Knowledge of abrasive blasting techniques and materials
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Physical stamina for working in protective gear and standing for long periods
• Understanding of workplace safety and PPE requirements

• Prepare surfaces for blasting by cleaning and masking areas
• Operate sandblasting equipment safely and effectively
• Select appropriate abrasives and pressure settings for the job
