We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established farming business in Northern Ireland, which is seeking skilled and experienced farmers to join their team. This opportunity is available only to candidates who are already living in the UK and require sponsorship, in line with Home Office regulations. The role involves a wide range of hands-on farming activities and requires individuals who are hardworking, adaptable, and passionate about agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily farming tasks, including livestock care and general farm maintenance

• Operate and maintain farming machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

• Monitor animal welfare, feeding, and health in line with farm standards

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times

Requirements:

• Must already be living in the UK (essential – overseas applications cannot be considered due to Home Office regulations)

• Previous experience in farming (livestock)

• Physically fit and able to carry out demanding outdoor work

• Willingness to work flexible hours depending on seasonal needs

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Eligible and willing to work under sponsorship
