About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundsman to join our team on busy construction sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and is looking to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced busy construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• General site maintenance and tidying
• Assisting with deliveries and material handling
• Keeping walkways and work areas clear and safe
• Supporting tradespeople and site management as needed
• Waste removal and management
• Monitoring site access and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Previous experience on construction sites preferred
• Good level of physical fitness
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Awareness of health and safety on site
• Punctual, reliable, and hard-working
• Graduate with a civil Engineering/construction-based Degree, perfect for those on a Graduate Visa in the UK
