We’re hiring a Process Engineer to support continuous improvement and efficiency across our client’s dynamic manufacturing and assembly plant.

What You’ll Do:

• Improve production processes for better efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness

• Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects

• Support new product launches and process validation

• Troubleshoot issues, analyse data, and drive root cause solutions

• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering

• 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting

• Strong knowledge of lean tools, Six Sigma, and process improvement

• Confident problem-solver with great communication skills

• ERP and data analysis experience

Bonus Points For:

• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)

• Experience with automation or working in regulated industries (e.g., automotive, electronics, medical devices)
