Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boiler systems and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor gauges, meters, and control systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Adjust controls to regulate fuel, air, and water levels.
• Adhere to safety protocols and compliance regulations.
• Maintain logs of operations, maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and breakdowns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• Proven experience as a Boiler Operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of boiler systems, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational demands.
